We also took in several items that displayed our talents. I took in my sketches and books. Katherine took in her tangerine tree. Rebekah, Katherine, and Kimberly took in their strawberry jam.
Finally, there was the "live" talent portion. The girls sang "Holding Out For A Hero" from Foot Loose. And Rebekah was in charge of putting together 2 skits for the young women to do. One she wrote - it was about the Deluxe Umbrella 2000. The other was a skit about the candy shop - one that makes its way around many different summer camps!
It was a fun time for everyone and an activity that I hope we have again next year!
